Pål - M.E. Recovery Story (Lightning Process)
Hi,
My name is Pål and I'm a 17 year old boy from Oslo, Norway. From when I was 15 I had suffered from fatigue, insomnia and depression. The doctors gave me the diagnosis of M.E. This severly limited my life since I used to be in the academic elite as well as being in the national elite in rowing. Obviously it was hard for me to cope with this illness and I got depressed because I couldn't exscersise anymore, nor could I spend time with my friends, and I was really slipping in school.
I was pretty much in and out of hospitals and private medical clinics for two years while physicians and alternative medicine practitioners attempted to cure me of my illness. After two years of lousy quality of life and massive hospital bills I heard from a friend that there was this thing in England called the Lightning Proccess. I then heard there was going to be a course in Oslo. At first I did not want to try it since I had heard it made you healthy in 3 days so it just seemed to good to be true. (That's the cynic in me talking:P) But I finally gave it a go and it totally changed my life.
Over the duration of the 3-day course I made massive changes in my condition and by the end of day three I was out jogging again for the first time in two years!!!. My trainer (Russell Stubbs) also trained me in a group of relaxation tecniques wich combined with the Lightning Proccess proved to be extremely effective in the treatment of my symptoms (fatigue, insomnia and depression).
If there is one thing I regret it is not doing the Lightning Proccess sooner because it has really improved my quality of life. As I write this, it has only been one week since I finished the course and I already see myself as fully recovered from all my symptoms. I sleep easier, I'm filled with energy and I haven't been happier in years:D I feel it is going really well, I'm out running almost every day and I actually participated in the PE class on Friday and I finished in the top half of my class in the strength tests.
If you or any of those around you are suffering from similar symptoms, and may feel it will be a drag to do this proccess I can guarantee you that you will be better for it. Even if you (just like I was) are sceptical to alternative medicine, let me tell you... this is isn't alternative medicine, because there is no alternative to this...
Sincerely, Pål Ibrekk
